Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glendale, CA. In this role, the Sales Associate engages customers on the sales floor, listens to their needs, and recommends jewelry and services that align with their preferences and budgets. Daily responsibilities include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and warranties, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records at the point of sale. The Sales Associate also assists with visual merchandising, keeps displays and work areas clean and organized, and helps with inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and counting product. This role collaborates closely with store leadership and teammates to meet individual and store sales goals while delivering a welcoming, inclusive experience to every customer.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and create a positive in-store experience.
