Job Title: Sales Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly communicative and solutions-oriented professional to support and grow our partner network. This role blends elements of mortgage sales and operations, requiring both relationship management and technical expertise to ensure a seamless loan process from submission through funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners to the TLS platform, providing hands-on training on pricing, loan structuring, and submission processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial submission to final funding.

  • Utilize product guidelines and lending knowledge to evaluate loan scenarios and provide accurate, timely guidance to partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and strengthen partner relationships, supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain proactive and consistent communication with loan officers, including phone-based problem solving and scenario discussions.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and identify solutions quickly to keep loans progressing and partners satisfied.

Qualifications:

  • Background in mortgage sales, operations, or a hybrid of both.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, guidelines, and the mortgage process.
