Job Description
As a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers buy, sell, and obtain pawn loans on a wide variety of merchandise. Every day is different—from assisting a customer in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry to evaluating luxury watches, gold, electronics, musical instruments, designer handbags, tools, and collectibles.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll use point-of-sale software, inventory systems, online marketplaces, and customer management tools while building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of the store.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawn loan transactions.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business.
  • Sell jewelry, luxury goods, tools, electronics, collectibles, and other merchandise.
  • Use point-of-sale software, customer databases, email, and online platforms to complete transactions, manage inventory, and support online sales.
  • Merchandise, organize, and maintain an attractive showroom.
  • Test, clean, photograph, and prepare merchandise for sale.
  • Assist with online listings and customer outreach.

Qualifications
