$24โ€“$27 per hour | Full-Time | Flexible Hybrid Work

Position Overview
IQ Automation is looking for an outgoing, highly organized Sales Assistant to work directly with one of our owners and support the day-to-day sales process.
This person will help keep our sales efforts organized, prepare for customer meetings, coordinate schedules and follow-up, and make sure our Sales Consultant has the information and materials needed for productive conversations with customers and professional partners.
The right person will be personable, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person. They will also have excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to anticipate what needs to happen next and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
This is not a high-pressure sales or closing position. Instead, it's an opportunity to learn our business, products, customers, and sales process while developing skills that can lead to expanded responsibilities over time.
IQ Automation designs and installs premium residential and commercial technology throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, including audio/video, lighting control, networking, security, and automation systems.
What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Work directly with an owner to organize daily sales activities, priorities, and follow-up.
