Responsibilities: Assist Account Executives and Sales Planners in the advertising order process Ensure that all orders are compliant with all client requirements

Data entry and updating new and revised orders in media management systems Monitor pre-emptions, clearance, and overall campaign performance Maintain client files, including all correspondence, contracts and revisions Help resolve problems with copy, billing, order discrepancies and inventory issues Liaise with traffic to resolve all advertiser podding issues as needed Special projects as needed
