Full-Time | High-Performance Mortgage Team

We are a fast-growing, high-producing mortgage team looking to hire a Sales Assistant to own the front-end of the loan process. This role is critical to our success. The SA is responsible for converting inbound leads into fully documented, underwriting-ready loan files and issuing strong, accurate pre-approvals.

As a Sales Assistant you will:

  • Contact new mortgage leads same day / within 24 hours
  • Complete borrower interviews and full 1003 applications
  • Pull credit and review income, assets, and liabilities
  • Send and follow up on document checklists
  • Calculate income (W-2, bonus, OT, self-employed)
  • Run AUS (DU/LP) and structure loan programs
  • Prepare and issue pre-approval letters
  • Maintain communication with borrowers and agents
  • Update CRM / LOS accurately

Requirements: 

  • 1+ year mortgage experience (LOA, Jr. Processor or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to provide an abundance of communication and customer service via telephone and email
