Full-Time | 40 Hours | Mondayโ€“Friday | Starting at $18/hr Boone & Banner Elk, NC

Appalachian Premium Provisions โ€” a familyโ€‘owned purveyor of the Boarโ€™s Head Brand โ€” is seeking a motivated Sales & Merchandising Associate to support our growing presence in Western North Carolina. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and taking pride in a wellโ€‘merchandised deli department.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Travel between five grocery store locations in Boone and Banner Elk, NC
  • Write accurate product orders and communicate closely with deli managers and store associates
  • Merchandise, rotate, and stock Boarโ€™s Head products to brand standards
  • Meet the delivery truck at store level and assist with product delivery and organization
  • Conduct periodic inโ€‘store training for deli teams
  • Sample products and participate in selling events to drive brand awareness
  • Log inโ€‘store activities using a smartphone
