Full-Time | 40 Hours | Monday–Friday | Starting at $18/hr Boone & Banner Elk, NC

Appalachian Premium Provisions — a family‑owned purveyor of the Boar’s Head Brand — is seeking a motivated Sales & Merchandising Associate to support our growing presence in Western North Carolina. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and taking pride in a well‑merchandised deli department.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel between five grocery store locations in Boone and Banner Elk, NC
  • Write accurate product orders and communicate closely with deli managers and store associates
  • Merchandise, rotate, and stock Boar’s Head products to brand standards
  • Meet the delivery truck at store level and assist with product delivery and organization
  • Conduct periodic in‑store training for deli teams
  • Sample products and participate in selling events to drive brand awareness
  • Log in‑store activities using a smartphone
