Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Sales Analytics to lead the development of actionable insights that drive sales performance, revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making across OUTFRONT's Sales organization. This role serves as a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Salesforce Administration, and IT, transforming complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions.
Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Manager, Sales Analytics is responsible for developing performance analytics, optimizing forecasting processes, improving sales productivity, and building scalable reporting solutions that enable informed decision-making across all markets. This position combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement within Salesforce, Sigma, and OUTFRONT's sales analytics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance Analytics
  • Develop and deliver meaningful sales performance reporting that provides visibility into revenue trends, pipeline health, seller productivity, and key business drivers.
  • Analyze market, regional, and seller performance to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and recurring business reviews that support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate customer retention, account growth, revenue per account, and year-over-year performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop data-driven recommendations that improve sales effectiveness and overall business performance.

Forecasting & Revenue Planning
  • Own the sales forecasting analytics process by monitoring forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue pacing across the organization.
  • Analyze forecast variances, conversion metrics, deal progression, and pipeline quality to improve forecasting discipline and predictability.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
  • Develop analytical tools and reporting that proactively identify revenue risks and opportunities before they impact business results.

Sales Productivity & Performance Optimization
  • Lead analyses related to seller productivity, sales cycle performance, conversion rates, win rates, average deal size, and pipeline generation.
  • Perform territory, capacity, and whitespace analyses to support resource allocation, account coverage, and sales planning.
  • Analyze account assignments, inactive accounts, lead distribution, and seller workload to improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate onboarding effectiveness, AE ramp time, and productivity benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Reporting, Automation & Business Intelligence
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards that provide timely, actionable insights.
  • Partner with Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, IT, and Business Intelligence to develop automated reporting solutions and scalable business intelligence tools using Salesforce, Sigma, and other reporting platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, improve data accessibility, and reduce manual processes.
  • Support Salesforce data governance initiatives by promoting reporting consistency, standardized KPIs, and data quality across the Sales organization.
  • Develop and optimize Salesforce reporting solutions, Slack integrations, and automated analytics that provide Sales Leadership with timely, actionable business insights.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Salesforce Administration, and IT.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and operational leaders.
  • Support strategic initiatives including territory planning, organizational design, sales planning, and performance measurement.
  • Serve as a trusted analytics resource by proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong experience supporting Sales organizations through data analysis, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (Sigma preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, sales productivity metrics, and revenue planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and executive-level recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.
  • SQL proficiency required; Python or R experience preferred.
  • Experience using Sigma or comparable business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, pipeline reporting, forecasting methodologies, dashboard development, and KPI design.
  • Experience developing executive-level dashboards and performance scorecards.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, and Microsoft Office 365.

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000 per year. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
