Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics position.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key business partners positively impacting business growth.
  • Highly skilled in communicating and presenting results to executives.
  • Intellectual curiosity to proactively explore data, solve problems, challenge existing way of doing things, formulate new hypotheses, and to rigorously analyze them.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Suite.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, with experience in either Tableau, SQL, Business Objects or similar BI tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives the business intelligence of our brands, frames and lenses, ideating and maintaining dashboards to support Marketing activities, and to conduct deep-dive diagnoses providing insights behind performance.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to brand managers and directors in building the monthly business reviews for executive management, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective action plans.
  • Manages data analytics of the budget planning and optimization, inclusive of forecasting marketing initiatives’ outcomes and ROIs.
  • Leads data harmonization processes as needed, partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operation, Business Planning, Business Analytics and IT, to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manages the optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches, co-designing customer targeting segmentations with sales and marketing managers, and measuring their effectiveness.
