Job Description Sales Account Manager Staffing Services Indianapolis-Northwest Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service Partner with Recruiting to ensure successful fulfillment of client workforce needs Clearly communicate job requirements, project timelines, pricing, travel accommodations, and workforce expectations Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations throughout the staffing process Sales Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting Prepare and deliver pricing proposals and staffing solutions Follow established sales processes and maintain accurate CRM documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting and Operations to deliver an outstanding client experience Business Development Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on 10-20 target accounts Identify key decision-makers and build relationships through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person client visits Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships Educate prospects on CRM's staffing capabilities and workforce solutions Build credibility by understanding environmental, construction, demolition, and industrial staffing trends Requirements: 2+ years of sales, account management, staffing, or business development experience Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Excellent verbal and written communication Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing new business Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and accountability Experience in staffing, construction, environmental services, or industrial markets is a plus #ID9515
