Location: Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $45,189.14 - $54,444.75/YR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
Support Sales Operations
  • Help Account Executives manage customer opportunities, sales activities, projects, bids, and reporting.
  • Prepare and enter customer quotes, proposals, and service contracts with accurate pricing, labor, materials, freight, engineering, and travel estimates.
Keep Projects Moving Forward
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure information is entered accurately and available when needed.
  • Monitor open orders and follow up with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, installations, and other project-related activities.
Drive Accuracy Across the Process
  • Research product pricing and availability.
  • Review expense reports and material worksheets for accuracy and support project costing activities.
  • Complete pre-qualification applications and maintain required documentation.
Support Customers and Partners
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues alongside Account Executives.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and confirmation process.
  • Coordinate deposit requests, signed quotations, invoicing needs, and billing-related communication with customers and internal teams.
Collaborate Across the Business
  • Work closely with purchasing to support ordering activities and follow up as needed.
  • Partner with accounting teams on deposits, invoicing, and open billings.
  • Contribute wherever needed to support customers, projects, and team success.
