Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business through cold calling, maintaining client relationships through consistent follow-up, and effectively communicating our services over the phone. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and skilled in professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build and close sales pipelines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients over the phone
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups using Microsoft Outlook
  • Manage and track client interactions and sales activities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and phone-based sales skills
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation preferred
