QRC Sales Manager – Job Description

· Background check, drug screen, physical, and motor vehicle report will be necessary for hire

· Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license

· Must be able to travel with overnight stays

· High School diploma, equivalent, or above required. Bachelor of Science Marketing Degree or equivalent preferred

· Maintain a professional appearance.

· Communication is Key! Open communication between Sales Manager and Client, communication between Sales Manager and Division Manager, communication between Sales Managers, Sales Manager and Estimators.

· Service existing Clients by contact on a regular basis, as needed (visits, email, phone call, etc.).

· Look at upcoming projects for new Clients and existing Clients via pre-bids and/or site inspections.

· Obtain all necessary information needed for Estimators to evaluate and quantify Client’s project (i.e. scope of work, drawings, measurements, cores, pictures, etc).

· Present the project to the Client in a manner that is appropriate and tailored to the needs/wants of the Client (i.e. powerpoint, face-to face presentation, email, product samples, etc.).

· Follow up with Client bids/proposals in a timely manner to answer any questions client may have or discuss alternative options.

· Must live or be willing to relocate with 40 minutes of South Memphis, TN

· Vehicle furnished by Company
