About The Job:
Your primary responsibility is to lead by example by having above average sales performance. While you lead from the front, your second responsibility is to take other sales reps with you to show them how you adhere to the selling system and achieve above average results. Thirdly, you will shadow reps to ensure they are compliant with our selling system and to offer them prescriptive training to improve their performance.
What You Can Expect to Do:
  • Be in the field 90% of the time and in the office 10%
  • Run leads to help increase the overall performance of the office
  • Take reps with you to allow them to shadow you
  • Shadow reps to help them stay compliant and earn a sale
  • Assist with recruiting and maintaining staff levels
  • Assist with phone calls from sales reps
  • Assist with preparing and presenting meeting content
  • Assist with Coaching and training
  • Other tasks as assigned

What Your Background Looks Like:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers in a calm and empathetic manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a remote work environment. This job demands a minimum of 40 hours worked per week.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees in the English language. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75 percent of the time, lift 50lbs of equipment and conduct attic inspections. The employee must be able to operate a computer constantly and other office machinery.
