THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking success-driven customer service team players. If you have a passion for financial and lending services and working with the public, we will provide the training needed for your professional growth in the lending industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collections Management: Manage daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments.
  • Campaigns and Prospecting: Execute renewal campaigns, manage leads, and schedule appointments with clients.
  • Customer Service: Use active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Administration and Operations: Support log control, maintain office order, and perform general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality consistent with scheduled shifts, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

SCHEDULE / POSITION DETAILS

  • Non-Exempt position
  • Full-time / 40 hours per week
  • Typical schedule: Mondayโ€“Saturday, 9:30 a.m. โ€“ 6:30 p.m. (two days off per week, including Sundays). Schedule may vary based on business needs.

Note: Apoyo Financiero does not offer remote/hybrid positions. All positions are on-site.
