Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online inventory or quotation platforms.
Prepare and process customer quotes while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers through outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams and management to understand pricing strategies and identify sales opportunities.
Support sales objectives by helping achieve established sales and customer acquisition goals.
Review and verify customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and negotiated agreements.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or client services.
Experience working in a staffing, recruitment, administrative, or business support environment is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
