About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognised brands through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll help customers learn about products and services, answer questions, provide recommendations, and create positive experiences that build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll develop professional communication skills, customer service expertise, sales confidence, and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Learn product and service information to confidently assist customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns effectively
- Support customer acquisition and sales objectives
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer information and records where required
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and customer service training
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Weekly Earnings: $850 - $1,050 per week (Base Pay Including, commissions, Performance Bonuses & Incentives)
