Job description

Sales Assistant Position

Coastal Hyundai, Mitsubishi and Genesis of Melbourne is looking to fill a Sales Assistant position.

This is a salesperson in training position, you will assist a high volume senior sales person in all aspects of the vehicle sales process, learning everything you will need to become a salesperson.

All on the job training is provided. You will learn the entire sales process, you will become a vehicle expert learning all about the features of each vehicle and be able to explain them to our customers. You will learn all about the purchase paperwork and some finance paperwork. You will work closely with all departments in the dealership to make sure our customers have a perfect and seamless vehicle purchase experience.

You will be using our computer database, phones, social media and having a smart cell phone is a must.

Must have a great attitude and a desire to work with the public. This is a full time + hourly position, available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
