Sale Associate

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone! Your primary job is to help people realize their own health and wellness goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch. This role requires you to assist all members and guests, establish relationships that support member growth and retention, and drive the day-to-day success of the studio.

Schedule
This position requires availability for afternoon and weekend shifts (specify exact hours — e.g., Mon–Fri 2pm–7pm, Sat & Sun 9am–2pm).

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales to every guest who comes into the studio
  • Greet everyone with a smile, schedule appointments, answer phones, and address member concerns
  • Complete intake for demo sessions, review membership details, and close the sale
  • Own member retention through daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups
  • Maintain and reinforce a positive, energetic sales culture
  • Engage with the local community and support studio events
