Sales Administrative Assistant - Mueller Refrigeration, LLC
Mueller Refrigeration is looking for a professional and ambitious Administrative Assistant for the Sales Department.
The right person for this role will be detailed, self-motivated, focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are not always fully defined. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as a member of the sales and customer service team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Compile and report sales data.
  • Compile customer demands compared to production schedules.
  • Report order acknowledgements, shipment estimates and tracking notifications in customer portals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Solid blend of effective communication and technical skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability and comfort utilizing data analysis tools like Excel and database systems.
  • Problem-solving abilities to uncover process improvements and the best ways to capture, store, and report information.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team.
  • Resilient self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond given tasks
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
  • A desire to learn analysis skills to interpret results and generate valuable reporting and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience preferred. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
