Position Overview:
- Role: Full-time psychiatrist, Leadership position available
- Patient Population: Child/Adolescent and Adult populations
- Schedule: 5 days a week, daytime hours.
- Weekend Coverage: 1:4 Saturday/Sunday in-person rounding.
- Weekday Call: One evening call shift per week by phone only.
- Employment Type: Full-time employed or 1099 position options. RTC/Inpatient/Outpatient mix, ideally child-adult populations
- Additional earnings potential: Extra call options and Productivity Bonus Plan.
- Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients.
- Participate in daily treatment team meetings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Supervision of NPs
- Competitive base salary with Productivity Bonus potentia for full-time W-2.
- Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, paid time off, CME package for full-time W-2
- Relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonuses are available for full-time W-2.
- Competitive rates for 1099.
- Education: M.D./D.O. with Board Certification in General Psychiatry, BC in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry a plus.
- Training: Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency and Child/Adolescent fellowship program a plus.
- Licensure: Georgia medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years post fellowship preferred. Willing and experienced treating ages 12 and older.
