The Mizrahi Family Torah Academy serving the South Florida communities ranging from North Miami Beach to Hollywood and Boca Raton, is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Upper Elementary Morah for the 2026-27 school year. Great opportunity for training in administration for an experienced morah! P/T option available for a morah starting in chinuch as well with the right personality and skill set.

Position Overview:

  • As an Upper Elementary Morah, you will serve as a Morah, role model, and guide for our talmidos. This key role combines meaningful learning with leadership development, preparing students for success in life. We are looking for a Morah who connects deeply with students, fosters a love of Torah and mitzvos, promotes strong middos and personal growth, and prepares them with learning and skills for life.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with upper elementary age girls

  • Strong Torah knowledge and ability to convey complex ideas at age-appropriate levels

  • Excellent classroom management, leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for chinuch and inspiring the next generation

  • Ability to create engaging and creative lessons that promote meaningful learning, skill building, critical thinking and connection to Torah

  • Love for Talmidos and the ability to connect with girls from varying backgrounds

Location:

The Mizrahi Family Torah Academy is centrally located in Plantation, Florida, on the edge of Fort Lauderdale - a short commute from Hollywood, Boca Raton, and Miami. Our student body is comprised of students with bussing from all of these areas.

Free transportation and an extra paid position available via bus (riding as a monitor) from Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Hollywood, or North Miami Beach for a capable monitor / student bus supervisor.
