Do you have a passion for great food and friendly customer service? OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store. This role ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop, lead & support Sales Associates

All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
