Job description

Large healthcare facility in southern California east of San Diego, north of Mexicali, and south of Palm Springs is looking for an OBGYN to join their group. 

  • BC/BE OBGYN
  • Currently 1 provider in the group but have 7 total that take call and deliver
  • Restricted and unrestricted call - you must come into the hospital as there is not a Hospitalist group
  • No robotics currently
  • Clinic 25-35 patients per day - inpatient depends on volume
  • EMR used is Quadramen and Eclinical works - moving to Cerner in April 2024
  • J-1 or H1-B visas ok
  • Base base salary for 2 yrs then strictly WRVU model for all productivity, surgeries, visits, etc
  • $360-400K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
  • Plenty of other benefits including Sign On, Relo, and loan repayment options
