Position Reports to:  VP of Project Advancement


Position Description:

The Manager of Project Advancement will stage, construct, and maintain physical projects across our platform.

     3. Have a strong sense of order, structure, and systemization, and be able to function and lead a team as such.

     5. Have a strong curiosity and appreciation for non-Western cultures.

     6. Have exceptional strategic planning capabilities, and have the ability to translate goals into strategies and tactics, and to rally a team to carry those tactics out.

     7. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

     8. Holistically develop team members.

     9. Five years’ experience as a project manager.  A Building Science or Civil Engineering related degree is a plus.

    10. Be an active member (serving in good standing) with regular attendance at a local evangelical church.


Time Requirements: 

With sensitivity to family needs in mind, this position will require a general expectation of 50 in-office and in the field working hours per week.  Additional time will be required for special events or under special circumstances.

Travel Requirements:

International travel is to be expected.  Approximately 7 days of travel every 6-8 weeks.  Domestic travel will vary.
