We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative (Sales). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • Bilingual - Spanish required

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
