Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and enterprise application integrations. This role requires hands-on experience designing scalable IAM solutions, automating identity governance processes, and collaborating with business and security teams to deliver secure identity management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end application onboarding and integration activities within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, certifications, and governance policies.
  • Develop and maintain Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Lifecycle States, and Source configurations.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using SailPoint ISC Workflows and AI capabilities.
  • Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP connectors.
  • Perform source aggregation, identity mapping, identity refresh, identity validation, and attribute mapping activities.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding, provisioning, aggregation, certification, and access governance issues.
  • Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
  • Support compliance, audit, RBAC, and access certification initiatives.
  • Utilize GitLab, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release management.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and continuous process improvements.
  • Document technical solutions and provide implementation best practices.
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
  • Strong experience in application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and role management.
  • Experience with SailPoint Workflows, AI-enabled automation, and governance capabilities.
  • Expertise integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and LDAP.
  • Experience with source aggregation, identity mapping, identity refresh, identity profile configuration, and attribute validation.
  • Knowledge of GitLab, Git, and CI/CD deployment practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver enterprise IAM solutions in a fast-paced environment.
