What You'll Do

Job Profile Summary
The Systems Engineer (Active Directory & Microsoft 365) supports and enhances the organization's identity and access management infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and AzureAD. Reporting to the Manager of Information Security - IAM, this role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient integration and user management across systems. The engineer also mentors the System Administrator, handles daily operational tasks, and contributes to projects of varying scope to uphold security best practices and optimize system performance.

Requirements

Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field

2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below:

  • Demonstrated success training and mentoring others on Active Directory and Identity and Access management tools

  • Demonstrated success using analytical tools and skills for the development of workflows, system configuration and documentation related to identity and access management

  • Demonstrated success designing and administrating Identity Management and Access

  • Demonstrated success leading large scale projects and processes


Preferred Requirements

  • Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), Sailpoint Administrator or Engineer level certifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant 4 years relevant work experience and Software experience: Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Third Party Applications, Clinical Applications
