Job description

SailPoint IIQ Developer – SME

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer – SME with deep expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, Java/J2EE technologies, and enterprise IAM integrations. This role requires technical leadership in designing, developing, and integrating identity governance solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SailPoint IIQ and IGA processes including JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, SoD, recertification, and access requests.
  • Analyze and understand organizational access request, role management, and recertification processes.
  • Evaluate implementations across SailPoint IIQ, Oracle OIM, IBM ISIM, and other systems, including APIs and data models.
  • Provide architectural guidance to design custom role management layers and certification UI solutions.
  • Guide development teams on SailPoint APIs, SDKs, and database models for managing identities, roles, entitlements, certifications, and access requests.
  • Lead application integration efforts with enterprise systems using SailPoint IIQ.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in IAM with strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a SailPoint Developer (Java/J2EE).
  • Strong expertise in:
    • SailPoint IIQ (Must Have)
    • Java / J2EE (Must Have)
    • Active Directory, LDAP, Directories, Databases/SQL (Must Have)
  • Extensive experience in:
    • JML provisioning/deprovisioning
    • Recertification processes
    • RBAC and SoD controls
    • Application integrations
