Job Description

Help develop and implement company's Identity Management solution. Develops and maintains related solutions, standards, procedures and processes. Hands-on technical role that may be required to work outside of production hours including weekends. 



Qualifications

Essential Functions 

Performs system administration and functions as a subject matter expert for company's Identity Management System (IdM), which includes configuration changes, join and projection resolution, backup/restore, monitoring, performance tuning, and patch management. 

Understanding of Access Controls 

Performs troubleshooting and issue resolution 

Understands existing identity data in the different systems and determine ways to integrate into IdM 

Understanding of industry accepted standards 

Understands current identity management processes and identify opportunities to automate additional functions within the company 

Implements changes to current identity management processes by leveraging the IdM's workflow and policy engine. 

Updates and maintains password reset portal. 

Maintains the Meta-directory schema. 

Evaluates issues related to the IdM's workflow and develop plans for appropriate corrective actions. 

Extends IdM's functionality by developing custom Rule Extensions and Workflows 

Provides reports for auditing purposes to meet customer and regulatory requirements. 

Ensures documentation is accurate and maintained 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 

Practical knowledge and experience with Identity Management technologies 

Knowledge of business process analysis and data Analysis 

Development skills related to Sailpoint IdM 

Understanding of Roles usage in IdM 

Understanding of governance/ access certification 

Understanding of VMWare, Application Servers (TomCat) 

Understanding of J2EE architecture Analyze data structures (i.e., migration of environments, i.e., Dev, QA, Prod.) 

Understanding of Federation standards and SSO concepts 

Knowledge of Power Shell, SQL programming, understanding of Web Services standards 

Knowledge of Active Directory (security model, LDAP protocol, and administrative tools) 

Knowledge of Exchange Server (email configuration, mailbox management, and mailbox creation) 

Knowledge of SharePoint (account creation and provisioning) 

Knowledge of SQL Server (database/table/view definitions, backup/restore, performance tuning 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Ability to be hands-on with building/configuration of Identity IQ Cubes and Connectors 

Ability to abide by policies 

Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work 

Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers 

Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) 

Required Education: 

B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience. 


Required Experience: 

5 years Information Technology experience (including integration and workflow experience, as well as taking IdM to production level) 


Preferred Experience: 

Sailpoint IdM direct experience
