Job Title

This role is for a hands-on, technically proficient security governance professional with a strong background in Cloud Security, AI Tools Governance, and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Governance & Security: Implement, manage, and improve cloud governance and security practices across AWS environments, including integration of AI/ML operations.
  • AI Tools Governance: Assist in establishing standards and governance models for AI technologies and tools in the organization.
  • ServiceNow IRM: Administer and improve ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage and support identity governance tools like Saviynt and SailPoint. Handle authentication protocols (MFA, SAML).
  • Data Protection: Support data protection initiatives using tools like Azure Security Center and Symantec DLP.
  • Risk & Compliance: Work within frameworks such as NIST and PCI to ensure compliance, support audits, and contribute to risk assessments.
  • Technical Security Operations: Support and provide oversight on firewall management, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Next-Gen Antivirus, and penetration testing processes.
  • Networking & Telecom Security: Provide input and guidance on LAN/WAN security architecture.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud security strategies with business objectives. Help drive governance across security, AI, and cloud initiatives.
  • Documentation & Procedures: Help build out necessary policies, standards, and procedures in line with GRC requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certified
  • 7+ years of hands on experience with Cloud Security and Cloud Risk Management
  • Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions and tools
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with AI tools and AI governance practices in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in Cloud Security Governance and Cloud Risk Management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on capabilities in at least some of the following:
    • Saviynt, SailPoint (Identity Governance) o MFA, SAML, and modern Access Management tools o Azure Security, Symantec DLP
    • Firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, Penetration Testing o LAN/WAN security, networking principles
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM platform – process understanding and administration.
  • Deep understanding of information security standards, procedures, and governance frameworks (NIST, PCI, etc.).
  • Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions and tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks end-to-end, and coordinate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to new tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI Governance or ML Ops
  • Certifications in AI (AWS AI Practitioner preferred) or similar AI/ML-related credentials.
  • Prior experience working in highly regulated environments.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps pipelines and cloud-native development environments.
