Job description

SUMMARY:

The Developer position is part of the IAM Support team in the Information Technology (IT) department. The Developer's role is to build and support the tools utilized by the IAM team especially in Sailpoint. This includes designing, building, and implementing new integrations for both provisioning and auditability utilizing best practices for cyber security. This job function acts as a support structure for the overall IAM team and will need to develop new integrations as well as performing day-to-day administration of the Sailpoint application.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Develops, codes, installs, tests, debugs, and documents integrations from enterprise applications to and from Sailpoint.

Works on development projects to enhance the IAM capabilities of the organization.

Participates in setting organizational development strategy.

Identifies, recommends, and prioritizes new features and applications in conjunction with business leaders and department managers.

Establishes policies and procedures for publishing new integrations.

Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with existing integrations.

Conducts research into current and emerging technologies and issues in support of the IAM team.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Strong understanding of Internet programming languages, including C#, C++, and Visual Basic.

Solid written and oral communication skills.

Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and programming languages.

Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

Knowledge and experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Proven experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Sailpoint.

Strong knowledge and skill in Microsoft Visual Studio and source control.

In-depth knowledge of web technologies, protocols, and tools including HTML 5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.

Certification in Sailpoint is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science and/or a minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience, required.

Comprehensive experience with structuring, developing, and implementing interactive corporate web sites.

Experience with creating and maintaining integrations with IAM and Sailpoint is required.

Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
