Job description

This opportunity allows you to work just three 12-hour shifts per week across three modern Express Care locations in and around Indianapolis. You'll enjoy variety in your clinical practice with a mix of urgent care, occupational medicine, and employer-based care-plus, no call responsibilities and zero administrative burden after hours. Earn up to $160/hour, with strong support from a collaborative team and excellent system-level stability. Whether you're early in your career or seeking a new pace, this role offers balance, community, and generous compensation. 
 
Position Highlights: 

  • 3 twelve-hour shifts per week = full-time 
  • $145/hour, increasing to $160/hour after 1,800 hours 
  • $25K sign-on bonus, $25K retention bonus, $7.5K relocation 
  • Treat 20-45 patients/day with a range of acuity and services 
  • Modern clinics: 6-7 exam rooms per location 
  • Epic EMR (urgent care) and Systoc (occupational medicine) 
  • No call or post-shift duties 
  • Join a team of 3 physicians, 7 APPs, and a dedicated Medical Director 
  • $3.5K CME and full benefits included
