Job Title: Hostess

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our members/guests, the hostess will be responsible for greeting, seating, and managing reservations, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment they enter the club. The hostess plays a key role in maintaining a smooth flow of operations and collaborating with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members/guests warmly and with a positive attitude as they arrive at the club.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring they are comfortable and satisfied.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure proper seating arrangements and smooth table turnover.
  • Maintain an organized and clean host stand and dining area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure members' needs are met.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional and calm manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with various front-of-house tasks, including helping to clear and set tables, as needed.
  • Ensure that waiting guests are kept informed of their status in a timely and polite manner.
  • Promote a positive, customer-centric environment and contribute to the overall team dynamic.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
