Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Content & Design Coordinator, you will support marketing, branding, and communication efforts across Sahm's Hospitality Group concepts. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing projects, maintaining brand consistency, organizing creative assets, and creating promotional materials that support company initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating marketing requests from restaurant managers, brewery representatives, and company leadership.

• Organizing and maintaining creative assets, including logos, photography, menus, promotional materials, and branding files.

• Creating social media content and developing templates for recurring events, promotions, and company initiatives.

• Producing marketing materials such as posters, signage, table tents, flyers, menus, and email graphics.

• Assisting with website and email marketing updates to ensure information remains current and accurate.

• Supporting brewery marketing efforts, including can design coordination, event materials, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensuring all marketing materials align with established brand standards and company objectives.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and priorities.

• Communicating with stakeholders to gather project requirements, coordinate approvals, and ensure successful project completion.

• Proactively supporting seasonal, holiday, catering, brewery, and company-wide marketing initiatives.

Software proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Health Insurance Benefits:

Employees are eligible for health insurance benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment. These include medical, vision, and dental.

PTO:

Upon 90 days of employment, you will receive 80 hours of PTO to use within your first year of employment. After your first year, PTO is increased to 120 hours per year until you finish year 5. Upon year 6 of employment, PTO is increased to 160 hours.
