Nexteel Saha, LLC is seeking a motivated and career-focused Electrical Engineer to join our growing team at our OCTG manufacturing facility in Crosby, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands‑on industrial manufacturing experience while working with advanced production equipment, automation systems, and plant operations.

Position Summary

The Electrical Engineer will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of electrical and automation systems throughout our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or graduating soon)
  • Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC logic and control systems
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Industrial electrical systems
    • Motor controls and VFDs
    • Sensors and instrumentation
    • Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
