CDL A Driver - Grocery Delivery - Up to $90,000/Year - Shelbyville, IN | Home Daily

We're looking for professional CDL-A drivers for direct hire with our client, a major grocery logistics operation, in Shelbyville, IN. We are helping them find drivers who are the right fit. Expect strong earning potential at $0.90/mile plus stop pay, load pay, and a performance bonus, with home daily options for drivers within 50 miles of Shelbyville. Drivers earn an average of $90,000 per year. 

Pay & Schedule
  • Annual average earnings: $90,000
  • $0.90/mile + $20 per stop + $35 per load
  • $0.15/mile performance bonus
  • $0.05/mile pay increase after 1 year
  • Home daily (must live within 50 miles of Shelbyville, IN) or home weekly option available for drivers further out
  • Guaranteed 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off per week
  • Start times range from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM - we'll try to match based on your preference, but flexibility is required
  • 10 hours per day

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering grocery pallets to store locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois within a 250-mile radius
  • 1-2 stops per day, approximately 10 stops per week

What You Need
  • Valid CDL A
  • 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Steel-toed or composite boots required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
