D2C Safety Solutions is a national provider of safety consulting, training, and workforce development services focused on improving job site safety and compliance. The company is committed to reducing workplace hazards and promoting a culture of safety across construction and industrial environments throughout the United States.

Position Summary

D2C Safety Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support and lead safety initiatives across our client project site in Fayetteville, GA. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, implementing site-specific safety programs, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards and client requirements
  • Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training programs
  • Serve as an on-site safety leader and liaison between D2C, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • Investigate incidents, near-misses, and injuries; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including safety logs, incident reports, and compliance records
  • Ensure proper use, inspection, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Support project teams in hazard identification and mitigation planning
  • Assist in developing site-specific safety plans (SSSPs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
  • Participate in OSHA inspections and audits as required
  • Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • CHST - REQUIRED
  • OSHA 510 – REQUIRED
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of construction or industrial safety experience
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926 and/or 1910)
  • Experience conducting safety training and leading safety meetings
  • Ability to travel extensively and work across multiple job sites nationwide
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA500
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Experience in multi-site or traveling safety roles
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Active construction and industrial job sites
  • Ability to walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Exposure to varying weather and site conditions
