A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance to provide strategic leadership across quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, accreditation, and performance improvement initiatives.

This executive leader will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving patient outcomes, and advancing organizational quality metrics across a large integrated healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives.
  • Develop and execute quality improvement strategies that improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
  • Direct credentialing, peer review, and quality governance activities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to achieve CMS, NCQA, and Joint Commission quality goals.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives utilizing data analytics and evidence-based practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Master's Degree in:

Experience

  • 8+ years in Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management, or related leadership.
  • 6+ years leading large teams with direct reports.
  • Experience managing operational and project budgets.
  • Strong background in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), databases, and performance analytics.
