Job Description
Provide a safe environment for all guests, employees and property.
  • Perform and assist in any and all safety inspections
  • Keep Management and Corporate Risk Management updated on all safety issues
  • Review, log and investigate guest and employee accidents
  • Make "Quality Assurance" calls to guests or customers
  • Perform Blood-borne Pathogens annual re-training for Security and other applicable departments
  • Inspect interior and exterior of the property. Including: Entrances, Valet, Parking lots, barns, docks, doors, stairwells, and kitchens
  • Make arrangements with Corporate Risk Management for Engineering's actual respirator fitting tests
  • Note and photograph code violations/safety issues
  • Investigate ADA compliance issues
  • Meet with Supervisors/Managers regarding safety concern
  • Conduct bi-annual energy control inspections to ensure procedures and requirements of this standard are being followed.
  • Keep the Safety and Evacuation Manual updated and complete.
  • Assist department heads with safety and health training for their staff.
  • Coordinate and facilitate safety committee meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Safety related fields.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
