Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Trauma Recovery center and Violence Intervention Services in collaboration with the TRC and HBVIP clinical directors. Overall management of program operations, employee supervisor, and accountability reports for funders. The Program Manager will assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to the clinical practice, monitor patient flow, and develop/maintain community partnerships.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Gather and report data on deliverables to city
  • Maintains budget
  • Personnel admin (timesheets, staffing, etc.)
  • Research funding opportunities
  • Manages professional support personnel charged with providing care to patients.
  • Evaluates program policies/procedures and evaluates mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
  • Participates in the development of outpatient clinic policies and procedures.
  • Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with program operating budgets, goals and objectives.
  • Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Business Administration, or Public Health.
  • 2 years of Supervisory Experience required.
  • Experience working with underserved populations.
