Job Title: Safety Manager

Reports To: VP of Industry
Job Summary: The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing workplace safety and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to promote a culture of safety across the organization. This role works closely with leadership, supervisors, and employees to identify risks, reduce incidents, and ensure a safe working environment.

Main ResponsibilitiesThis position operates in both office and production environments. The role requires frequent exposure to varying environmental conditions, including outdoor weather, temperature extremes, wet or humid settings, and production floor hazards. The incumbent may work near moving mechanical equipment, at elevated heights, and around fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Exposure to loud noise levels is common, and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
