Job description

You will serve as a SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SPECIALIST in the Safety Department (N9) of TRAWING ONE.Qualifications:For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting surveys of aviation and ground safety operations (e.g., work processes, facility/hanger, equipment, materials) to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions; investigating and determining causal factors contributing to mishaps or incidents; and preparing safety instructions or guides to educate employees in safe operating practices or techniques.
For the GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.   • Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in safety or occupational health fields (safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene) or a degree in other related fields that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours of study form among the following (or closely related) disciplines: safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, toxicology, public health, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biological sciences, engineering, and industrial psychology; or
