Job description

Job Title: Safety Superintendent

Location (city, state):Houston, TX

Compensation: $120,000โ€“$140,000 DOE

Benefits: This position is eligible for standard health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications: - Bachelorโ€™s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

- Minimum 10 years of safety experience in a manufacturing or petrochemical environment

- Professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CHST) preferred

- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HSE regulations

- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills

Job Description: The Safety Superintendent is responsible for leading the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) program at a large-scale industrial facility. This role ensures compliance with all safety regulations, manages emergency preparedness, conducts incident investigations, and champions a proactive safety culture. The Superintendent will develop and implement HSE policies and training, lead safety committees, and serve as a liaison with contractors and external agencies. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills and hands-on leadership.

Work Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, onsite; occasional after-hours or weekend emergency response required
