Top Secret Onsite - Alexandria VA

ACES Group is seeking a Junior Data Analyst with an active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO), Command, Control, Communications, and Infrastructure (C3I) Directorate. The C3I Directorate oversees many of the Department of Defense's most critical communications capabilities, including SATCOM, tactical data links, command and control (C2), information sharing, and the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN). This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and developing dashboards that support executive-level decision-making. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance data visualizations and reporting solutions used by senior DoD leadership.

Experience with the DoD Advanced Analytics (ADVANA) platform and business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Databricks is highly desirable but not required. Candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn these technologies are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with satellite communications, tactical communications, or public safety communications is also beneficial but not required.   • Contract Length: Solid work – four years left on a 5-year contract.
  • Work Location: Mark Center (Arlington, VA)
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI or TS adjudicated within past 2 years required
  • Education/Experience: Bachelors with 5 years in relevant field experience
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support executive decision-making in DoD CIO.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights through clear, accurate reporting.
  • Support the development and maintenance of analytics solutions using Microsoft 365 and modern business intelligence tools.
  • Learn and apply DoD analytics platforms, data integration techniques, and best practices to deliver high-quality analytical products.
  • Collaborate effectively with government personnel and teammates to understand requirements and deliver timely, accurate solutions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
  • Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, Databricks, ADVANA, SharePoint, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense environment or military communications is beneficial, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
