Safety Ambassador

Location: Greater Bay Area, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, NON-EXEMPT

Schedule: Open availability required (including weekends and holidays)

About the Role

Diligence Security Group is seeking energetic, approachable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Safety Ambassadors. In this high-visibility position, you will serve as a welcoming presence in public areas, providing safety support and positive engagement with visitors, residents, and local businesses.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about public interaction and have strong communication and de-escalation skills. If you're ready to make a positive impact while patrolling vibrant Bay Area communities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a visible and friendly safety presence in assigned zones

Greet and assist the public, offering directions or general support

Report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance needs

Help de-escalate minor incidents or disturbances using verbal techniques

Liaise with dispatch and supervisory staff as needed

Complete reports and document field activities thoroughly and accurately

Required Qualifications

Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)

Valid CPR Certification (Required)Valid Driver's License (Required)

Open availability (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
