  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with associates across multiple departments.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to perform in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid inventory management awareness with the willingness to learn and strengthen operational skills.
  • Commitment to completing all CarMax-provided training and following established wholesale and inventory procedures.
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work flexible schedules—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and operate in outdoor environments, including inclement weather, while wearing required CarMax apparel.

At CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process.
