Senior Safety & Security Advisor Location: Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY $20.11 per hour Full-Time Sat-Sun 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon 3pm-12am, Tues-Wed 11:30pm-8:30am Thurs & Friday OFF Lead Safety. Every shift you supervise, mentor, and protect makes a real impact on their future. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We are a Center which uses student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve. What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team to keep students and staff safe
  • Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure compliance with PRH, OSHA, and other safety directives
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve hazards
  • Oversee security, visitor control, and student accountability
  • Coordinate staff coverage to maintain supervised student areas
  • Provide operational support to ensure smooth center operations
  • Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
  • Maintain accurate reports and data on safety, security, and incidents
