Located in the beautiful High Peaks and Lakes district of western Maine, Saddleback Mountain was founded in 1960 and has grown its reputation for exceptional snow, some of the best terrain in the East, and a friendly, laid-back culture. At 4,120 feet of elevation, 2,000 feet of vertical, and 600+ acres of skiable terrain, Saddleback is Maine’s third-largest mountain and the largest independently owned ski resort in the East. In 2020, Saddleback was purchased as a fund managed by Massachusetts-based Arctaris Impact Investors, a leader in opportunity-zone investments. Since reopening, Saddleback has invested more than $30 million in mountain improvements, including a renovated base lodge, four new lifts, including the high-speed Rangeley Quad, expanded snowmaking and grooming, a 7-MW DC solar farm, electric vehicle chargers, an on-mountain staff house, and The Nest, a new mid-mountain restaurant and venue space. Saddleback continues to grow its reputation for an authentic, welcoming mountain experience, named Best Ski Mountain in Maine by Down East Magazine in 2022 & 2023, and Best in Overall Satisfaction by New England Ski Journal in 2023.

Saddleback Ski Operations is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead in the field maintenance and facility, general maintenance team members for Saddleback’s buildings and grounds.

Pay: $15.11-17 per hour

Job Title: Ticket Office Associate

Position Summary

Ticket Office Associate are often the first people our guests meet and play a key role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment guests arrive. This position provides friendly, efficient customer service while selling lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team


Key Responsibilities

· Welcome every guest with friendly, professional customer service.

· Sell lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products using RTP and other resort systems.

· Answer questions regarding mountain operations, trail conditions, weather, events, and resort policies.

· Accurately process cash, credit card, gift card, and other payment transactions.

· Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records.

· Assist guests with online purchases, waivers, account questions, lost passes, and ticket issues.

· Work closely with Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Lift Operations, and other departments.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.

· Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and daily resort operations.

· Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.


Qualifications

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

· Basic computer skills and willingness to learn RTP and other resort software.

· Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

· Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods
