What You'll Do:
As a Machinist / Fabricator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality components and assemblies used in our technical training equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual machining operations including drilling, shearing, deburring, cutting, and bench work.
  • Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Measure, mark, cut, and prepare materials for fabrication.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct manufacturing defects.
  • Fabricate jigs, fixtures, and production aids as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Welding & Fabrication Experience (Preferred).

Candidates with welding experience may also:
  • Perform fit-up and tack welding operations.
  • Bevel and prepare materials for welding.
  • Clean, grind, and finish weldments before and after welding.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of machining experience.
  • Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with fabrication fixtures and tooling.
