Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual who will achieve a high level of customer satisfaction that provides 24/7 reliable and responsive IT Infrastructure Services in over 5 countries.

How You Can Be

Lead and manage a team of technical specialists and outsourced contracted services to securely deliver IT Infrastructure Services in Americas and Europe according to the specifications agreed with Business, Manufacturing and IT organizations. As a member of the IT team, participate and contribute to the execution of the overall IT strategy. Formulate and implement plans and budgets in line with IT strategy and as befitting the department and needs and objectives of businesses. Track and communicate operational metrics (including trending over time) and identify process and service improvement opportunities. Participate in teams supporting transformation projects with the businesses, such as refresh and consolidation strategies and infrastructure technology rollouts. Ensure that infrastructure (networks, datacenters, servers and storage) incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner, and reduced by analyzing root causes, minimizing disruption to business operations and adhering to SLAs on availability and resolution response times.

What Matters To SABIC

Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering Computer Science 10 years' experience in global Industry or IT environment 10 years' experience in Petrochemical Environment Minimum of 7 years' experience with CISCO Networks and in-depth knowledge of routing/switching In-Depth knowledge of ITIL® policies and procedures including Incident, Problem and Change Management Analytical skills Enthusiastic, flexible and creative team player Excellent communication skills Must be proactive and able to operate independently Must be comfortable in a high-energy environment Cultural sensitivity and a 'global mindset'. CISCO Network Certified is preferred.
